Self Organised Groups
We believe all our members deserve the opportunity to take a full part in UNISON at Branch, Regional and National level.
The reality is that some groups can be under represented so UNISON offers members in those groups the opportunity to have their own 'Self Organised Group' within the Branch.
This can be very rewarding and you will develop skills that you can take into the wider workforce. You will also have the opportunity to attend conferences to learn how best to support your colleagues within your group. There is a wealth of support available to you to set up a group and take an active part in your Union.
