Greenwich UNISON Team

Simon Steptoe - Branch Secretary                                   Simon has been associated with Greenwich Branch for many years and previously held posts such as Assistant Branch Secretary for Schools & Colleges, and has also been Branch Treasurer.   Simon is also on the LGPS and Greenwich Local Pension Boards, the Unison Further Education National Committee, and the Local Government Regional Committee and Exectutive. Simon works closely with Regional Office to ensure our members are fully informed of UNISON campaigns.

Jay Lowman - Assistant Branch Secretary RBG                  Jay has been associated with the branch for many years.  He has a Diploma in Employment Law, and year on year has a high rate of successful outcomes at representations for Borough employees. He covers a wide area including The Woolwich Centre and Birchmere Waste Services.

Clara Mason - Assistant Branch Secretary (Schools) and Branch Chair        

Clara is our Assistant Branch Secretary for Schools & Colleges, and works as a Teaching Assistant at Foxfield Primary School .  She therefore has a very current understanding of issues facing employees in schools.  She is here to represent and recruit School & College members. Clara sits on various regional committees and the Service Group Executive.   

Jamie Breen - Birchmere Convenor       

Jamie is a rep and has been based at Birchmere for a number of years.  He is a valuable contact between the branch to highlight current issues facing Unison Members based at Birchmere. 

Linda Delieu - Recruitment, Retention and Representation Officer               

Linda has been associated with the branch for many years.  She used to work at Peabody (formerly Trust Thamesmead) and had some very successful representation outcomes, in particular an important health and safety outcome, with the installation of air purification system to combat proven 'sick building syndrome'. Linda now works for the Branch to help us provide even better services for our Members and Reps. Linda is also an ERA accredited Unison Rep.

Tracey Woolley - Recruitment, Retention and Representation for catering and cleaning 

Tracey has worked in school catering sector and has represented members in GS Plus and varying cleaning companies she now works for the branch continuing to support and reprensenting members in the catering and cleaning sector 

Branch Treasurer -Deborah Baker     

Debbie is based in the Housing Department at The Woolwich Centre and is also our current Branch Treasurer.  She has been a successful Rep for many years and we are delighted to have her associated with the branch.   

Pauline Revell-Bowles - Finance / Admin       

Pauline has been with the branch since June 2016 and previously worked as a Manager in Housing with the Royal Borough of Greenwich with over 25 years experience. Pauline is responsible for the Branch administration and is also an ERA accredited Unison Rep.
