Ballot papers go out Tuesday 22nd December 2020

 

Deadline for motions at AGM Thursday 14th January 2021

 

Ballot closes Thursday 28th January 2021 Midday

 

AGM meetings

 

The Gallery at TWC Tuesday 3rd February 2021 16.30 – 18.00

The Town Hall rooms 4/5 & 6 Tuesday 9th February 2021 16:00 – 18:00

 

This is being optimistic! If we cannot meet in person we will arrange ZOOM meetings, these can accommodate up to 100 participants. We will follow national guidance if we have to go down this route. Zoom meetings will be held in the week beginning Monday 2nd February 2021, we will have at least 2, more if necessary.

 

In addition to this all Stewards should hold shop meetings to confirm re-election and where appropriate have convener election to determine membership of 2021 Branch Committee. Members/activists will be reminded of this separately. This is especially important for the Birchmere Convener as they have a place on the core officers group (GCOG).

 

Also Self Organised Groups to elect Branch Committee representatives.
